WHO WE ARE
Pahl Physical Therapy was established in 2018 by father and son duo, Craig and Nathan Pahl, who joined together to continue to provide the highest quality physical therapy to the Miami-Dade community. Together, they have been providing physical therapy services to patients in South Miami, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, and neighboring communities for a cumulative of 40 years. In July of 2019, Justina Pahl, wife of Nathan, joined the team. All three therapists are accredited and licensed physical therapists who received their education from the University of Miami. Together, Pahl Physical Therapy focuses on providing patients with an individualized and hands on experience and, unlike other outpatient clinics, offers private treatment rooms for their patients. We take pride in being a family owned practice and maintaining our reputation for having a welcoming, caring, and friendly environment to serve our community. Here at Pahl P.T. we are all family.
WHAT WE DO
Physical Therapy utilizes a wide variety of treatments in order to restore function, decrease pain, and help prevent future injury. Here at Pahl Physical Therapy, we specialize in outpatient orthopedic injuries, various neurological disorders such as parkinson’s disease and stroke, rehabilitative pilates, gait disorders, and vestibular disorders related to vertigo, migraines, headaches, and dizziness. During the initial examination, the therapist will assess any impairments you have in pain, strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance, mobility, etc., and work with you to establish goals that will help you return to your prior level of function and recreational activity.
Whether you want to come in for a check-up, suffered a recent injury, or you just want to improve your overall health, in the state of Florida your health insurance may allow you direct access which allows you to see your Physical Therapist without needing a doctor’s prescription. We also offer competitive self-pay rates if you do not have health insurance or choose to pay out of pocket. Please contact our office for details.

Pilates is an exercise regimen that was originally developed by Joseph Pilates for purposes of physical exercise and rehabilitation from injuries. It became popular amongst the professional ballet dancing community, and has now evolved into being one of the most favorable exercise techniques. Pilates is safe and modifiable for clients of all ages and with varying injuries and limitations. Joseph Pilates developed a series of exercises to be performed both on the mat and on apparatuses such as the reformer, tower, and chair, with a focus on core control and stabilization, posture, breathing, and spinal alignment. Justina’s private classes incorporate all of Joseph Pilates’ classical exercises, as well as modernized variations, with the use of Allegro Pilates reformers and a balanced body Pilates chair. Whether you want to improve your core strength, balance, increase flexibility, or improve your posture, Justina can cater a Pilates program to specifically address your unique and individual needs.
